Yoga & Myofascial Release
Wednesdays 5:45 - 7pm
This hybrid class incorporates a variety of movements to satisfy your cells, along with Yoga Tune Up® practices and tools that target deep tissue and fascial release. Appropriate for newer students, those who need options to modify their practice, as well as longtime students who enjoy a methodical, balanced practice designed to access deeper fascial planes that regular asana does not address. **Pre-registration recommended; class size is limited.
Intro to Yoga Series

Intro to Yoga Series: Part 2
Mondays 5:45 - 7pm - typically offered as a 4, 5, or 6 week series. Previous yoga experience IS required. This class is perfect for those who have taken an Intro to Yoga series and want a slower-paced class, as well as anyone who wants to slow their practice way down to focus on the nuances of the poses. Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshops
Calling all walkers, hikers, bikers, sitters, or anyone whose body craves attention and relief! If you want to discover new ways to refresh yourself from head to toe, then you need to be here! In this workshop we'll take 2.5 hours to systematically reset the body using massage therapy balls for deep tissue release, and unwind via yoga and corrective exercises. You’ll leave with a sense of ease, balance, length, and lightness.
This hybrid workshop will incorporate yoga, and draw inspiration from practices and tools made popular by Katy Bowman and Jill Miller to target deep tissue and fascial release. Appropriate for newer students, those who need options to modify their practice, as well as longtime students who enjoy a methodical, balanced practice designed to offer access to deeper fascial planes that regular asana does not address.
Pre-registration is highly recommended; class size is limited to 20. Please note: some of the rubber balls used during this workshop contain latex.
Private Yoga Instruction & Movement Coaching

Cancellation Policy: I ask for at least 24 hours notice (the more notice, the better so I can try to fill the open spot). If I cannot fill the open spot, I ask for the full amount for the time scheduled.
